Cooke & Co are able to provide CAD design services for residential extensions and conversions.

This service will include an initial consultation with you to assess your requirements, to advise on the feasibility of your proposals, and to outline design alternatives.

We will advise as to whether your proposals will require the submission of a planning application, or whether permitted development rights would apply.  

We will produce drawings for the building regulations submission and provide any amendments as required to obtain approval. The drawings will be to a standard of detail sufficient for you to obtain competitiive tenders.

We will ordinarily complete the necessary building regulations and planning applications forms and lodge the  appications on the client's behalf.

Extensions and conversions often include a requirement to provide steel beam calculations, which Cooke & Co are also able to provide within this service.

We are able to provide accurate CAD plans to assist with boundary disputes or simply for a solicitor to lodge with the land registry. Plans can be presented electronically as PDF files and as paper copies.
