Reports on subsidence, flood damage, fire etc to property on behalf of loss adjusters and insurance companies. Scheduling the remedial works, appointing contractors and overseeing the work through to completion.
Utilities
Undertaking record condition surveys on nearby buildings prior to major engineering works and assessment of subsequent claims lodged for damages. We have experience of working on major tunnelling projects in this regard.
