Building Disputes

As Chartered Building Surveyors, we are able to act as independent expert witness in building disputes, usually between the contractor and his client. In all cases, the work will involve an examination of the alleged defects and the preparation of a written report.

The report will contain an item-by-item assessment of defective work not in accordance with good building practice and suggested remedies. The report may contain a Scott Schedule with costings where requested.
